I had a coaching session which started like a roller-coaster. The client wanted to know if coaching could fit with him, he wanted security, proofs and without that he did not want to start with his own themes. Hum quite a roller-coaster!
Until I had an idea…
I offered to work on a precise issue the client had shared with me during our discovery session. And we dived into it … deeper and deeper…
At the end of the session, the client told me: “it is small but it is a bit of a break through” …
His eyes were shiny, mine as well. We were both touched with what had unfolded.
