What is about?

How did your father show up for you — and how does that shape your ability to show up now? Learn to map the territory of abandonment, blame, and bullying in this live demonstration of resonant process work.

When we are scapegoated or abandoned, banished, or bullied, we are seen as the problem, over and over, until even our bones believe the blame. And of course, our childhood brains are programmed to blame ourselves as a matter of survival. What stories has their body been asked to carry? What truths might surface when those stories are gently interrupted with resonance? Fathers are supposed to have warmth for us, provide for us and protect us, and when trauma interrupts their ability to care for their children, there is a basic disruption of the flow of energy, that must be restored.

In this 90 minute free demonstration and Q&A, focused on releasing the burdens we carry in relationship to our fathers, we’ll choose a client by lottery, and enter the territory of abandonment, blame, and bullying, this time with protection and accompaniment, in order to find relief and healing. This annual free process work webinar is a yearly tradition at Sarah Peyton. It is a public opportunity to stay attuned to the new processes that Sarah’s been developing all year, an opportunity to experience 1:1 resonance work unfold, and for this powerful work to be done within the strength of community. It is a place for us to gather together and be in exploration, discovery, and healing.

Sarah will work one-on-one with two webinar participants, selected randomly by lottery. Attending this webinar creates a unique opportunity to witness the depth and skill of resonance healing, and to experience the “collateral healing” that occurs when witnessing this kind of healing work. There is something deeply transformative about witnessing difficult things being met with radical gentleness and care, and the healing impact of being present can be quite remarkable.
